Postage and Packaging Charges
UK Postage
For items up to £2.00 add 60p postage & packaging then for every £1 thereafter add a further 10p. For example, the postage and packaging for the parish records that are £3.00, will be 70p.
Overseas Postage
For items up to £2.00 add £1 postage & packaging then for every £1 thereafter add a further 30p. For example, the postage and packaging for the parish records that are £3.00, will be £1.30.
Orders may be obtained by email where the society will send you the requested publications as an email attachment. This will save you the cost of the postage and packing charges but we will require a valid email address with the order.

Condition of Sale
A customer has the right to cancel an order for goods within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. This 7 day "cooling-off" period excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays.
Notification of intention to cancel should be received by the Society within the cooling-off period, in writing. The term "Writing" includes letter, fax and email sent to the Society's secretary. A telephone call is not acceptable.
On receipt of due notice, within the cooling-off period, the Society will refund the retail sale price of the goods if, and only if, they are returned in a re-saleable condition. The goods are to be cared for by the customer at the customer's risk.
The cost of returning the goods must be paid for by the customer and will not be paid by the Society. Payment of a refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods in a re-saleable condition by the Society. Refunds will be made by cheque.
No refunds will be made in respect of CD-ROM's where the customer has broken the seal or wrapper.
The laws of England and Wales shall apply to this contract.
