Wellington's Men!

If in your research you come across an old red coat soldier, do not lose heart and give up! I have a range of databases listing British soldiers who fought in the Napoleonic Wars or served during the period 1806 to 1840, with particular emphasis on the men at the Battle of Waterloo, 18th June 1815. The entries run into tens of thousands, your man may be amongst them!

I also have an extensive book list and access to records which indicate which British regiments served where and when, knowledge of which you may find helpful in your research. I am interested in all things concerning British soldiery in the early part of the 19th Century, so if you have a problem, question or a mystery to be solved, why not get in touch?
