During the Advice Session at the Library this Saturday we discovered 10 more children for John & Mary TOZER christened at Axbridge between Jan 1st 1813 and Jan 1st 1837.

Catherine Wreford TOZER was the last child  to be christened on 1st Jan 1837 to John & Mary TOZER of Axbridge, Currier.

I can send the other entries if you are interested.

Sarah MITCHELL born 1806
published by Pat Hase - 12 years 4 months 26 days ago.

According to the Yatton marriages which are online on this site - a Sarah MITCHELL married George WEST aka Joseph MOORE on the 5th May 1827.

According to the Yatton Baptisms which are also available on this site there are these christenings  - (up to 1841) -  there are probably more later - why not take a look?

NB Spelling of surname varies somewhat.

Jan 4th 1829         Sarah d/o Joseph & Sarah MOORE Cleve, Labourer

Jan 2nd 1831        James s/o Joseph & Sarah MOORE. Cleeve, Labourer

April 28th 1833   Joseph s/o Joseph & Sarah MORE, Cleve, Labourer

April 20th 1834   Henry s/o Joseph & Sarah MOOR, Cleve, Labourer

Mar 19th 1837     Thomas s/o Joseph & Sarah MOORE, Cleeve, Labourer

Jun 2nd 1839        William s/o Joseph & Sarsah MOORE, Cleeve, Labourer

The 1841 Census of Cleeve has this entry

Name Age Occupation Where Born
MOORE, George 40 Ag Lab Somerset
MOORE, Sarah 35   Somerset
MOORE, Anne 12   Somerset
MOORE, James 10   Somerset
MOORE, Joseph 8   Somerset
MOORE, Henry 6   Somerset
MOORE, Thomas 4   Somerset
MOORE, William 2   Somerset

By the 1851 census  there are 4 more children and the husband is Joseph MOOR!
