You can now read the profile of Capt George STONE.  It can be found under Weston Worthies in the main menu. He and his family have proved to be very interesting covering:

• Pleasure trips from Knightstone Island,
• a brother who kept the Hobbs Boat Inn,
• a daughter whose marriage banns were objected to when called at Emmanuel,
• a grandson who tried to derail a train,
• a son-in-law who was a professional harpist
• the day to day concerns of someone who became Weston Worthy No 37.  

Samuel SERLE has now been added to the profiles of Weston Worthies. He was a complex character and researching the 36th Weston Worthy has asked many questions, leaving some unanswered, about his life both here and in Australia. Any comments would be welcome.

Thomas ROGERS whose family ran the Royal Hotel for many years is the subject of the latest Worthy to be profiled.  They can all be accessed from the main menu and if you have comments or corrections to any of them please let me know.
