I have uploaded the first of the profiles about the Weston Worthies. It is for Samuel BAKER junior and can be found at the bottom of the page for Weston-super-Mare.

A file which is an introduction to the Weston Worthies has been uploaded under Weston-super-Mare.  It lists the names of all the Worthies and if you have an interest in or a connection with any of them I should be pleased to hear from you as I am planning to produce a series of documents giving a profile of each of them perhaps showing why they became a Weston Worthy. Thank you.

For those of you who missed the virtual tour and discussion of the Library, the tour is now available on YouTube.  One of the items which was new to me was the 1933 Directory of Residents.

The Blessed Virgin Mary & St Peter church Winford monumental inscriptions are now available for Society members to view online.
